Roller Sand Blasting Machine

During the step by step milling phase of wheat, or grains, an important action takes plase while crushing it to powder. "Liso" Type Rollers are preferred against toothed rollers to hold the fine granulars while crushing. The holding effect preferred on smooth surfaces are achieved by making fine grooves through the roller's surface. This is performed by our Mill Roller's Sand Blasting Machine. Thanks to high pressurized flow of abrassive particles a rough surface is obtained; thus required holding effect is achieved on the surface of roller. 

Abrassive particles, and the scrap of the roller is collected at the bottom chamber of the machine; which can be removed for sieveing to use for a second time. The dust formed due to the excessive blow of is collected and filtered by an efficient air filter without causing any pollution in the workplase surroundings; and prevents any harm to operators. 

Our Roller Sand Blasting Machine's Distinctive Features are:

• Electronical speed controller is used to set the travel speed of sand blasyting nozzle and the rotation speed of the roller;
• In case of inadvertent power failures, electrical and mechanical measures have been taken to prevent the stored pressure damaging the roller;
• Internal equipments can be easily adjusted for varying the length / diameter of roller;
• Optional: Integrated blower - cyclone combination to collect the used abrassives and scrap dust
• Thanks to powerful air suction and filter systemdust and abrassive emmision to work place is eliminated,
• Thanks to gas cylinders, the top cover can be opened with single hand;
• Integrated air spray gun to clean the roller in place after finishing the process;
• Original Colour: Anthracite Gray (Custom colours as per your existing machine park or your preference can be applied among the standart RAL colour palette)

Sand Blasting Vessel

The abrassive flow to our Milling Roller Sand Blasting Machine is supplied by this component. 

By choosing the appropriate capacity of sand blasting vessel a continuous work for sand blasting to roller is achieved. 

The standard capacity sand blasting vessel simensions and specifications are given in the table below.
